My name is Eunice, and in my past life I worked for city government, corporate America, and a health system. Through these different chapters in my career, I gained extensive experience in contracts as that was my main area of practice. I am experienced with employments agreements, commercial agreements, and acquisition agreements.

When my husband, who is a physician, went through the contract process for his first post-residency job, I realized how crucial it was to him to have me by his side during the contract negotiations. From this enlightenment came my determination to empower other physicians to negotiate the terms of their contract as much as possible. Physicians should be able to ask for what they need and not be hushed by the easy response of “these are the standard terms.”
